Job Overview:
We are a bookkeeping firm looking for a Business Development Specialist to consistently generate leads and bring in new clients. You will follow structured systems to find, engage, and qualify prospects across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:
• Apply daily to relevant bookkeeping/accounting jobs on Upwork using provided templates
• Use outreach scripts and designs created in Canva
• Engage with potential clients on Facebook (groups, comments, posts)
• Research and build weekly lead lists (CPA firms, small businesses, etc.)
• Track all leads and activities in a spreadsheet or CRM
• Follow up with prospects and move them into the sales pipeline

Requirements:
• Experience in lead generation, sales, or outreach
• Familiar with Upwork and social media prospecting
• Strong communication skills (written English required)
• Organized, consistent, and results-driven
• Able to work independently and meet weekly targets

Work Schedule:
• Part-time: 20 hours per week
• Fully remote
• Flexible hours, but daily activity is required
