Business Development Specialist– Bangalore

Role Overview
Responsible for driving sales and revenue across Karnataka through B2B and B2C channels. The role involves converting company-generated leads, developing new business partnerships, coordinating quotations and project designs, tracking collections, and reporting sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. B2B Sales & Channel Development
- Develop business through dealers, channel partners, corporates, institutions, government bodies, builders, consultants, and sports clubs.
- Identify and acquire new clients.
- Achieve B2B sales targets with support from the Branch Sales Manager.
2. B2C Sales
- Follow up on company-generated leads and convert them into sales.
- Coordinate with the Branch Sales Manager for deal closures.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and generate referrals.
3. Quotations & Proposals
- Work with the CRM Manager to prepare quotations and project designs.
- Present proposals, clarify client queries, and assist in negotiations.
4. Collections & Revenue Tracking
- Follow up on pending payments from clients.
- Ensure timely collections while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Track and report collection progress.
5. CRM & Lead Management
- Update leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Monitor pipeline, conversion rates, and collections.
6. Team & Branch Support
- Assist branch initiatives and collaborate with team members to meet targets.
- Support and guide junior staff if required.
7. Reporting & Market Insights
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales and collection reports.
- Share market trends, competitor updates, and customer feedback with the Branch Sales Manager.
