Role Description
The Business Development Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, conducting in-depth market research, nurturing client relationships, and supporting key initiatives to drive business growth. Responsibilities also include analyzing market trends and providing actionable insights to enhance the company's strategic approaches. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet sales objectives and exceed client expectations is a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends to support decision-making
- Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client interaction and internal collaboration
- Experience in Lead Generation and proficiency in identifying and pursuing business opportunities
- Proficiency in Market Research techniques for industry and competitor analysis
- Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet and exceed business targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the IT, cybersecurity, or technology sector is a plus
