We’re hiring: Business Development Specialist (3–7 years)

We’re looking for someone who knows how to spot the right prospects, engage them with confidence, and fuel a high-performing sales pipeline in an IT services environment.
Job Location : Kochi, Kerala
What you’ll do
Here’s the thing: this role is about impact, not busywork.
- Identify and research potential clients using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and other platforms
- Qualify leads based on business fit, intent, and long-term value
- Execute personalized outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Work closely with the sales team on targeting and messaging
- Maintain accurate and meaningful CRM data
- Track market trends, competitors, and new lead generation strategies
- Continuously improve outreach performance and conversion rates
What we’re looking for
- 3–7 years of hands-on experience in Business Development/Lead generation
- Mandatory experience in an IT services or software services company
- Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and lead-gen platforms
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to engage decision-makers
- Sharp research and analytical skills to identify high-quality prospects
- Self-driven, energetic, and comfortable owning targets
- Adaptable mindset and curiosity to evolve with changing markets
