Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in Mumbai. The Business Development Specialist will identify and generate new business opportunities, conduct market research, and develop and maintain client relationships. The role includes active lead generation, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions for client needs. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at achieving sustained business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess business opportunities and interpret market trends
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and articulate business value
- Expertise in Lead Generation and Market Research to source and identify new prospects
- Customer Service skills to build lasting relationships and address client needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
- Proficiency in CRM tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields preferred
