Job Overview We are looking for an aggressive, ambitious, and relationship-driven Business Development Manager who can help onboard brands across multiple marketplaces under the iPerformance ecosystem. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, pitch, negotiate, and close partnerships with brands looking to acquire customers through digital performance marketing channels. This is not a passive sales role.

Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth Identify and onboard brands across industries such as:
Insurance | BFSI | Healthcare | Education | Travel | Homecare | Fintech | Real Estate
Generate new business opportunities through: LinkedIn outreach | Cold calling | Email campaigns | Networking Referrals | Industry events | Sales & Pitching
Present iPerformance’s marketplace and performance marketing solutions to clients Pitch: CPL campaigns | CPA campaigns | Cost Per Appointment models Branding opportunities | App acquisition campaigns | Marketplace partnerships | Understand client acquisition goals and create customized solutions
Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with: CMOs | Heads of Marketing | Digital Marketing Managers | Growth Teams | Founders | Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture long-term partnerships | Coordination & Execution
Work closely with: Client Servicing Team | Operations Team | Affiliate Team Product Team | Ensure smooth onboarding and campaign launch
Market Intelligence: Stay updated with: Digital marketing trends | CPL/CPA ecosystem | Competitor activities | Industry opportunities | Bring new partnership and monetization ideas
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must Have 2–4 years experience in: Performance Marketing Agency | Digital Marketing Agency | Lead Generation Company | Affiliate Marketing Network | AdTech / MarTech company | Strong communication and presentation skills | Confidence in speaking with senior decision makers
Understanding of: CPL | CPA | ROAS | CAC | Lead funnels | Digital acquisition models
Preferred:
• Existing relationships with marketing decision-makers
• Experience selling digital/media/performance solutions
• Knowledge of Meta, Google, Affiliate, Influencer, or App acquisition ecosystem
