Job Title:Business Development Specialist – Connectivity & Voice

About the Role:We are looking for a candidate with strong telecalling experience to join our team in Mohali. This role focuses on reaching out to international clients, especially in the UK, generating leads, and converting them into business opportunities.
This is a new business role with a strong focus on outbound calling.
What You’ll Do:- Make outbound calls to international clients (primarily UK market)
- Generate leads and build a sales pipeline
- Handle initial conversations and qualify prospects
- Support the sales cycle from first contact to closing
- Work closely with internal teams
What You’ll Sell:- Business connectivity (broadband, DIA, global WAN)
- Voice solutions (SIP, hosted voice)
- Managed communication services
Requirements:- 2–4 years of experience in telecalling / international calling
- Strong spoken English and communication skills
- Comfortable working in UK shift
- Experience in B2B sales or lead generation
- Confident and target-driven approach
Good to Have:- Experience in telecom, IT services, or SaaS
- Exposure to UK clients
