Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented EPC Solar Sales Professional – C&I Segment to join our Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving EPC solar project sales in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the C&I solar market.
- Generate leads and convert them into EPC solar project sales.
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, industries, and commercial establishments.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions for solar solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project feasibility, proposal preparation, and costing.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
- Work on open access, rooftop, and captive solar projects opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated with solar market trends, government policies, and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business / Renewable Energy or related field.
- 4–15 years of experience in Solar EPC Sales, C&I Solar Projects, or Renewable Energy Sales.
- Strong understanding of solar rooftop projects, open access, and EPC business model.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop strong client networks in industrial and commercial sectors.
