Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development & Sales Trainee to join our team. This entry-level role is designed to provide hands-on experience in sales, client engagement, and market development. The successful candidate will support the business development function in identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Support the identification and development of new business opportunities and potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and commercial documentation
- Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings under supervision
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development initiatives
- Participate in client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events where applicable
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and key performance metrics
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and drive data-backed decisions
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients and collaborating with team members
- Experience or knowledge in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and act on opportunities
- Focus on Customer Service to build and sustain strong client relationships
- Proactive attitude, ability to work in hybrid environments, and willingness to learn and grow
- Masters's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is Mandatory
