Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Business Development Sales Specialist. Responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align sales strategies and meet organizational goals, all while representing AGOrganica’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
- Proficient in Customer Service to maintain relationships and enhance client satisfaction
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess trends, and make informed decisions
- Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the personal care/cosmetics industry is a plus
