Overview
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development & Sales Partner who can take ownership of the complete sales cycle on a revenue-sharing basis. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in generating leads, building a qualified pipeline, nurturing prospects, following up consistently, handling sales conversations, and closing deals.
This is not a fixed-salary role. It is a performance-based partnership opportunity for someone who wants to grow with the business and earn through successful conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through various online and offline platforms
- Identify potential clients and create a consistent sales pipeline
- Reach out to prospects through calls, messages, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels
- Manage lead nurturing and regular follow-ups until closure
- Conduct discovery calls and sales meetings with prospects
- Understand client requirements and present suitable service solutions
- Handle objections, negotiate professionally, and move prospects toward closure
- Maintain proper lead records, pipeline stages, and follow-up status
- Coordinate with the internal team for proposal sharing, scope discussion, and onboarding support
- Ensure smooth handover of closed clients to the operations or delivery team
- Contribute ideas to improve outreach strategy, conversions, and sales processes
Role Scope
The selected partner will be responsible for end-to-end business development and sales activities, including:
- Lead generation
- Prospecting
- Pipeline management
- Follow-up
- Client communication
- Sales meetings

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong experience in business development, sales, client acquisition, or partnership-based selling
- Ability to generate leads independently from multiple platforms
- Comfortable with outreach, relationship building, and consultative selling
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Able to handle follow-ups consistently and professionally
- Confident in speaking with founders, business owners, decision-makers, and potential clients
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly execution-focused
- Comfortable working in a performance-based or revenue-sharing model
- Organized in tracking leads, meetings, and closures
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in selling any of the following will be preferred:
- Digital marketing services
- Branding services
- Website development

- Tech or growth services for startups, SMEs, coaches, consultants, clinics, or local businesses
Compensation Model
This is a revenue-sharing opportunity.
The Sales Partner will earn a mutually agreed percentage or commission on successfully closed business generated and converted through their efforts. Exact revenue share, payout structure, and terms of engagement will be discussed based on capability, contribution, and scope alignment.
