Chi Networks, a rapidly expanding IT company headquartered in Chicago with a significant presence in India, is seeking an experienced and driven Business Development & Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Delhi. We specialize in providing comprehensive IT solutions including cloud hosting, disaster recovery, email solutions, data centre services, cloud backup, cybersecurity, anti-virus, firewall, and other value-added services.
The ideal candidate will possess 4-6 years of progressive experience in IT solutions sales, with a proven track record of managing sales teams or significant sales territories. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, strong technical acumen, and the ability to drive significant revenue growth.
Responsibilities
· Generate new business through cold calling, field visits, networking, and referrals
· Identify and develop new client opportunities across Delhi NCR
· Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
· Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions
· Maintain a strong and active sales pipeline with regular follow-ups
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
· Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams for solution positioning
· Maintain CRM updates and provide regular reports
Mandatory Expectations
· Comfortable with daily field visits and client meetings
· Willing to do cold calling and independent lead generation
· Strong ownership of revenue targets
· Candidates looking for coordination roles should not apply
· This is an individual contributor role, not a team management position
Qualifications
· 3–6 years of hands-on B2B IT sales experience
· Proven track record of achieving targets and closing deals
· Experience in selling IT solutions (Cloud, Managed Services, Cybersecurity, Data Center)
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· CRM proficiency in Zoho
· High ownership and performance-driven mindset
