Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Sales Manager to drive student enrolments, build strategic school and institutional partnerships, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate should be passionate about education, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and have a proven track record in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive student admissions and achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain partnerships with schools, educational institutions, and other strategic partners.
- Generate, nurture, and convert leads through effective counselling and follow-ups.
- Conduct school visits, presentations, webinars, and promotional events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and submit regular sales reports.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the organization's growth.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in business development or sales (EdTech/education industry preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and customer engagement abilities.
- Target-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel for official meetings, school visits, and events.
