We are hiring a highly motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) for a cold-calling focused role. This position is ideal for candidates who are confident on calls, comfortable with outbound sales conversations, and eager to build a strong foundation in B2B sales. The primary responsibility of this role is lead engagement through cold calling and first-level qualification.
Key Responsibilities
Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to potential B2B clients daily
Introduce Creaitify’s eLearning and content development services clearly and confidently
Identify decision-makers and understand basic client requirements
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior business development managers
Maintain accurate call logs, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM systems
Handle objections professionally and improve pitch quality over time
Work closely with the sales team to optimize calling scripts and outreach strategies
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead qualification targets
