Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Lead Handling (Core Responsibility)
- Respond to all inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, Instagram) promptly
- Understand customer requirements (occasion, budget, number of guests, dates)
- Share relevant property options with proper details, photos, and videos
- Customer Communication
- Interact with clients professionally via calls and WhatsApp
- Explain property features, pricing, and availability clearly
- Build trust and maintain a friendly, helpful tone
- Follow-Ups & Conversion
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads
- Handle objections (pricing, availability, comparisons)
- Work towards converting inquiries into confirmed bookings
- CRM & Lead Tracking
- Update lead details and status in CRM/system
- Maintain proper records of new leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Ensure no lead is missed or forgotten
- Coordination with Internal Teams: Coordinate with:
- Operations team (availability, property readiness)
- Content/marketing team (photos/videos if required)
- Ensure accurate information is shared with customers
- Daily Reporting:
- Share daily updates, including the number of leads handled, follow-ups done, and bookings closed
- Maintain transparency in work progress
- Learning & Improvement:
- Understand different properties and pricing structures
- Learn sales techniques and customer handling
- Continuously improve communication and closing skills
