Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Clearly explain compliance services and processes to customers, addressing their queries and providing guidance.
- Update and maintain accurate records of customer payments. Conduct thorough checks on payments to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and compliant customer experiences. Assist in preparing compliance documentation and reports as required.
