The role involves supporting the growth team by conducting engaging product demos for prospective customers, onboarding them to the AI Accountant platform, and ensuring successful activation and training for sustained product usage.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include
- Conduct product demos for prospective and existing customers.
- Onboard new users onto the AI Accountant platform, ensuring a smooth setup experience.
- Drive product activation and guide customers through initial configurations.
- Deliver product training sessions to help customers adopt key features effectively.
- Gather customer feedback to continuously improve the demo and onboarding process.
- Collaborate with the growth and product teams to enhance the customer experience.
