Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development & Sales Intern who can help grow MinitPe by generating leads, onboarding businesses, and converting them into paying customers.
This is a performance-driven role focused on real business growth and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation
· Identify potential clients (business owners, shopkeepers, startups)
· Generate leads via WhatsApp, LinkedIn, calls, and local outreach
2. Sales & Conversion
· Pitch MinitPe services:
o Digital Services (Website, Marketing)
o Tax & Compliance (GST, ITR, Registration)
o Shopping (Seller onboarding)
· Convert leads into paying customers
3. Vendor Onboarding
· Onboard:
o CA firms / tax consultants
o Local sellers / shop owners
o Service providers
4. Follow-ups & Relationship Management
· Maintain lead database
· Follow up with interested prospects
· Build long-term business relationships
Eligibility
· Students / Freshers / MBA / BBA / Any Graduate
· Prior sales experience is a plus (not mandatory)
Work Mode
- Remote / Field (Hybrid optional)
Skills Required
· Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
· Basic sales & negotiation skills
· Confidence in talking to clients
· Self-driven and target-oriented
