Company Description
ZeroClash is a school timetable generation software built to help schools create organized, clash-free timetables faster and with less manual effort. It helps schools manage teachers, classes, subjects, periods, and scheduling constraints in one place.
Role Description
We are looking for a Business Development (Sales) Intern to help introduce ZeroClash to schools and educational institutions. This is a remote, part-time internship suitable for candidates who are interested in sales, lead generation, EdTech, and client communication.
Selected intern's responsibilities include:
1. Identify and contact schools, coaching classes, and educational institutions.
2. Explain ZeroClash and generate interest through personal visits, calls, WhatsApp, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
3. Schedule demo calls with interested principals, administrators, or timetable coordinators.
4. Maintain a lead tracker with school name, contact person, phone/email, status, and follow-up notes.
5. Follow up with interested leads and support conversion into paid customers.
Requirements
1. Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Marathi or other regional languages are a plus.
2. Comfortable calling or messaging schools and education decision makers.
3. Interest in sales, lead generation, business development, or EdTech.
4. Self-motivated and comfortable with target-based work.
5. Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or lead generation is a plus but not mandatory.
Compensation
This role includes a small fixed stipend plus performance-based incentives for successful paid customer conversions.
