Key Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries and leads generated through digital marketing, social media, and other channels
- Understand the student’s academic background, work experience, and career goals
- Provide proper guidance regarding suitable distance and online education programs
- Convert leads into admissions through effective communication and counseling
- Follow up with prospective students to support them through the admission process
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM system
- Identify referral opportunities from existing students to expand the admission pipeline
- Ensure a smooth experience for students from inquiry to admission
