Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development / Sales Executive, located in Chandigarh, India, with some flexibility for remote work. The key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and developing innovative sales strategies. The role also involves preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Planning
  • Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation Skills
  • Knowledge of Market Research and lead generation strategies
  • Analytical skills to evaluate sales trends and create effective strategies
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
  • A self-driven, goal-oriented, and adaptable personality
  • Experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
