Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Pune City. This on-site role involves managing the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, client engagement, property presentations, and deal closures. The Field Sales Executive will establish and maintain client relationships, develop strategies to meet sales targets, and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the property transaction journey. Additionally, the role involves meeting potential customers, showcasing appropriate property options, and providing market insights.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, lead generation, and deal closures
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Market Awareness and Real Estate domain knowledge are a plus
- Customer Relationship Management and client servicing expertise
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic office tools such as Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet sales targets and work independently
- Previous experience in real estate or sales is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related fields preferred
- Ability to work on-site in Pune City and travel locally as required
