Gumball Studio is looking for a Business Development & Sales Associate based in Bangalore.
We’re looking for someone proactive, resourceful, confident with people, and excited about helping grow a multidisciplinary creative studio working across installations, branding, experiential spaces, art, and design.
This is a hybrid role with a fixed salary + commission structure, working closely with the founder remotely from Europe.
The role involves:
• Business development and lead generation
• Client outreach and relationship building
• Identifying new opportunities and collaborations
• Supporting pitches and studio growth initiatives
