Experience: 4 – 12 Years
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and client requirements
• Manage end-to-end proposal development for tenders / RFQs
• Research upcoming projects and generate market leads to achieve business targets
• Provide accurate data to support project financial models for developers and investors
• Participate in the pre-qualification process for projects
• Present technology solutions and explain benefits to prospective clients and decision-makers
• Prepare complete techno-commercial offers within defined timelines
• Manage bid schedules, risk registers, and submission quality
• Negotiate commercial terms and finalize contract pricing as per internal guidelines
• Track ongoing and upcoming projects and address potential issues proactively
Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Good understanding of EPC contracts, commercial terms, and consortium agreements
• Experience handling RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and bid submissions
• Market knowledge of renewable energy / EPC industry
• Willingness to travel on short notice
Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Power Plant / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
