We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive to accelerate growth for our SaaS business. This role is ideal for someone who understands modern B2B sales, enjoys building relationships, and can confidently engage with decision-makers across startups, SMBs, and enterprise organizations.
You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, generating qualified leads, driving conversations, and supporting revenue growth through strategic outreach and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for SaaS products and solutions
- Generate leads through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and strategic campaigns
- Understand customer pain points and position the product effectively based on business needs
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls, product demos, and client presentations
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to improve conversion outcomes
- Manage end-to-end sales activities from lead generation to deal closure
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and forecasting in CRM systems
- Develop long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market movements
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
- 2–6 years of experience in SaaS sales, business development, inside sales, or B2B sales
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and subscription-based selling
- Proven ability to generate leads and drive revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, pipeline management, and customer engagement strategies
- Ability to build relationships with CXOs, founders, and business leaders
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Strong business acumen and consultative selling skills
