Role Description This full-time, on-site Business Development SaaS role is based in Chennai. The position involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for Oracle NetSuite and related SaaS solutions, conducting outreach, and generating leads through calls, emails, and networking. The role includes performing market research, understanding client needs, and collaborating with internal teams to propose appropriate solutions and prepare presentations or demos. Daily responsibilities also cover maintaining a sales pipeline, documenting activities in CRM tools, supporting customer service follow-ups, and contributing to sales strategies and campaigns to achieve revenue targets.

- Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities, interpret data, and support decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills for client engagement, presentations, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in lead generation and market research to build and nurture a qualified sales pipeline.
- Customer service skills to manage client inquiries, support ongoing relationships, and ensure satisfaction.
- Experience or familiarity with SaaS solutions, ERP systems, or Oracle NetSuite is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working with CRM tools and basic sales metrics to track performance and activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage time effectively, and meet business development targets.
