Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Business Development professional in a middle to senior-level position. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities through lead generation, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and developing strategies to expand market presence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in interpreting business data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present, negotiate, and build strong client relationships.
- Proven expertise in Lead Generation and developing strategies for client acquisition and retention.
- Experience in conducting Market Research to identify business opportunities and analyze competitor strategies.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to address client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, take ownership of responsibilities, and meet performance targets.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA is a plus.
- Prior experience in business development within the real estate, construction, or infrastructure domain is highly advantageous.
