Business Development & Revenue Generation Intern
Location: Kolkata (In-Office)
Timings: Part-Time (12:00 PM – 5:00 PM, Mon-Fri)
Duration: 6 Months (With Full-Time Conversion Opportunity)
Compensation: Performance-Based Bonus (Uncapped commission per closure) + Completion Certificate
About the Role:
We are looking for a driven Business Development Intern to join our digital agency team in Kolkata. Working directly with agency leadership, you will focus entirely on international and domestic client acquisition.
If you are a natural hustler motivated by high financial incentives, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Outreach: Execute daily B2B outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and cold email.
Online Bidding: Actively pitch and bid for projects on freelance marketplaces for SEO, PPC and web development services.
Lead Generation: Build clean databases of global decision-makers.
Deal Closure: Move prospects through the pipeline and close deals.
Requirements:
Must be based in Kolkata and able to work in-office from 12 PM – 5 PM.
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and freelance platforms.
Highly resilient mindset, driven by sales targets and commission.
