About the Role
Pro Loan Adviser is seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our growth in the U.S. market. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, relationship management, and achieving results in a flexible, remote environment.
This is a 100% commission-based position, offering unlimited earning potential based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting
Engage potential clients via calls, emails, and digital outreach channels
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Convert qualified leads into revenue-generating opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance market reach and sales strategies
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong self-motivation with a results-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Comfortable working in a commission-based structure
Prior experience in sales, business development, or financial services is preferred but not mandatory
