Responsibilities

-Research and identify potential clients across target industries and geography.

- Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, emails, and networking.

- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs and position outsourcing solutions.

- Build and maintain sales pipeline in CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups.

- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and client insights to improve outreach strategy.

- Consistently meet and exceed monthly KPIs (qualified leads, meetings set, cold calls).


Qualifications

- 2 – 4 years of sales/business development within outsourcing/professional services.

- Previously worked in fast-growing outsourcing companies.
