Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused Business Development Representative with 1–3 years of experience in the quick commerce ecosystem. This role requires strong expertise in client relationship management, brand onboarding, account auditing, and stakeholder coordination across quick commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing client communications, identifying growth opportunities for brands, and ensuring seamless onboarding and operational execution. The role demands a strong understanding of quick commerce workflows, marketplace operations, and client servicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship, Outreach & Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for onboarding support, client coordination, and timely resolution of queries while ensuring seamless communication with internal teams and platform stakeholders.
- Marketing Collateral, Sales Enablement & Strategy
- Create and customize onboarding guides, audit reports, pitch decks, proposals, and other client-facing documents aligned with client requirements and business objectives while supporting onboarding and account growth initiatives.
- Work closely with the founder and internal teams to identify gaps in the client journey, improve operational processes, and contribute to growth strategies for quick commerce brands.
- Account Auditing & Issue Resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams and platform stakeholders to resolve operational, catalog, and listing-related issues while ensuring smooth execution and timely resolution of account-related challenges.
- Track account performance, conduct audits, and prepare structured audit summaries and actionable reports to identify gaps, monitor execution quality, and improve overall brand performance.
Qualifications (Please Apply Only If You Meet These Requirements)
- Minimum 1 Year of experience in
- Strong understanding of quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart Minutes, etc
- Ability to handle client interactions professionally.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and coordinate across teams effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree / MBA / Post Graduate in Marketing or related field.
- A smart, intrapreneur mindset with a passion for marketing innovation and problem-solving.
- Ability to create structured proposals and professional marketing materials.
- Expertise in G Suite / Google Sheets with 55+ WPM (Typing Speed).
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation tools, or structured lead management.
Bonus Skills (A Plus For Your Application)
- Experience in marketing, campaign management, or content-led growth roles.
- Experience managing LinkedIn for personal brands or businesses.
- Understanding of lead generation, retargeting, sales funnels, and conversion tracking.
- Exposure to WhatsApp marketing or community-led growth.
