About Blissgrowth
Blissgrowth is the UK's #1 AI B2B Venture Studio. We've built 10 companies so far with exceptional second-time founders, including Yieldify (acquired), Reachdesk (Series B at $225m), StackOne (Series A), and Screenloop (acquired), and have been backed by top global investors like Google Ventures, SoftBank, and HubSpot Ventures.
We're now building 10 new AI companies over the next three years.
The role
This is the front line of how Blissgrowth grows. You pick up the phone and book meetings for Blissgrowth and our portfolio companies.
You book meetings for three audiences, each with its own pitch:
- Portfolio companies: buyers for the B2B AI products we're building.
- Founders and advisors: Second-Time founders we want to build with, and senior operators we may bring on as strategic advisors.
- Events: filling the room with the right people for the events and dinners we host, and booking meetings around the conferences we attend.
What you'll do
Book meetings
- Make 80–120 dials a day, a mix of warm high-intent leads and cold calls.
- Own multiple distinct pitches across portfolio companies, founder and advisor outreach, and events, switching context seamlessly through the day.
Own the follow-through
- Keep every lead moving: log calls, notes, and outcomes in our CRM and maintain forecast accuracy.
- Work every lead through our structured follow-up cadence, so no lead goes cold.
Sharpen the craft
- Review your own recorded calls each week with your manager and act quickly on the feedback.
- Track your conversion rates daily and keep refining your pitch based on what the data shows.
- Keep levelling up: follow the best sales voices, study what works, and bring new ideas to every calling block.
- Feed back insights to the team: objections, positioning, lead quality.
Support the engine
- Research prospects before each calling block, so every conversation is well researched and relevant.
- Keep the CRM clean: every lead in the right stage with up-to-date details, so the wider team can trust the pipeline.
What success looks like
You're judged on meetings that happen, not just activity.
- Every new lead gets a fast response, within minutes during working hours.
- Your conversation-to-meeting rate keeps improving month on month.
- You take coaching well and act on it.
Who you are
Must-haves
- Exceptional spoken English and phone presence: clear and confident speaking to senior stakeholders across the UK, EU, and US.
- Strong experience in phone-based outbound, sales development, or appointment setting, and you know your booking and show rates.
- Highly organised: you manage a high volume of leads, and no lead falls through the cracks.
- Resilient and self-motivated: a "no" doesn't slow you down.
Good to have
- Experience calling UK, European, and US B2B decision-makers.
- Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Amplemarket, power dialers, parallel dialers, Calendly, and CRM tools
- Genuine interest in startups, AI, and technology.
Compensation & benefits
- OTE: 1,000-1,500/month: a base plus commission for every qualified meeting held. Uncapped.
- Growth: prove your approach, and we’ll assign you more client accounts and campaign volume, which means a higher commission.
- Tools and training: we provide every tool you need, and we sponsor training to sharpen your craft.
- Remote: work from anywhere, during UK to US business hours (UK morning through US East Coast afternoon).
- Future: a clear path into a senior GTM or closing role for BDRs who excel.
