About the Role
Mexro Technologies builds custom AI automation systems for service-based businesses across the US - including an AI that answers business phone calls and books appointments, and an AI that captures and qualifies inbound leads across multiple channels. We're looking for a Business Development Representative to own our outbound sales motion end-to-end: finding prospects, reaching out, booking demo calls, and closing deals.
This is not a large-enterprise, long-sales-cycle role. Our deals close in 2–4 weeks. You'll be talking to business owners and decision-makers directly - no long procurement chains, no committees.
What You'll Do
- Run outbound outreach (cold email, cold calls, LinkedIn) to a defined list of target prospects
- Book demo calls with decision-makers (owners, managers) at service-based businesses
- Run demo calls yourself - show the product, handle objections, close the deal
- Manage your own pipeline and follow-ups until a prospect converts to a paying client
- Work US business hours (night shift for India-based candidates)
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in outbound sales, BDR, or SDR roles - ideally selling to US-based clients
- Comfortable with cold calling, not just email - phone-first outreach matters for this offer
- Experience selling software, automation, or AI-related products is a strong plus
- Clear, confident English communication (written and spoken)
- Self-starter - you'll own your pipeline, not just follow a script
- Bonus: experience with Apollo, Instantly, or similar outbound tools
Compensation
Base + commission structure. Base pay reflects experience level; commission is uncapped and tied to demo calls booked and deals closed. This role rewards results - the more you close, the more you earn.
