Duties and Responsibilities
As a Business Development Representative Intern, you’ll:
- Make 80–100 cold calls daily to keep the top of the funnel (TOFU) consistently populated
- Book 10–12 Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) meetings per month and hand them over to the Business Development Representative (BDR) team
- Identify and qualify Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) prospects before initiating outreach
- Log all calls, emails, and activities accurately in the CRM
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects to drive conversions
- Collaborate with the Sales and Business Development teams to refine outreach strategies
- Stay updated on Trycon's product suite to effectively communicate value to prospects
- Leverage all outbound channels — including email, LinkedIn, and calls — to identify new business opportunities and drive lead generation
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- Excellent communication skills with a clear, pleasant, and confident speaking voice
- Street-smart approach with a proactive thinking mindset
- Strong listening skills and the ability to understand prospect needs
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Comfort with high-volume outbound calling and a target-driven environment
- Willingness to learn CRM tools and sales workflows
