We’re looking for a highly driven
Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team and help expand our presence across the US and North America market.
If outbound sales excites you, you know how to open conversations with decision-makers, and you’re confident running multi-channel prospecting campaigns, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive outbound lead generation across the US/North America market
- Identify and qualify high-intent prospects through cold outreach
- Run multi-channel campaigns via email, LinkedIn, calls, and sequencing tools
- Build pipeline for our automation and SaaS solutions
- Conduct discovery conversations and qualify opportunities using structured frameworks
- Research target companies, buying signals, and decision-makers
- Maintain CRM hygiene and manage outreach workflows effectively
- Collaborate closely with founders and leadership on GTM execution
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in B2B SaaS outbound sales
- Strong exposure to US/North America market prospecting
- Hands-on experience with:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Apollo
- CRM platforms
- Email sequencing tools
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong understanding of lead qualification and outbound pipeline generation
- High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with BANT, MEDDIC, or similar qualification frameworks
- Experience selling SaaS, workflow automation, AI, or technology solutions
- Exposure to HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Experience handling multi-touch outbound campaigns
