Business Development Representative (BDR) – US Market

What You’ll Do
As a Business Development Representative at KEBS, your primary responsibility will be to generate high-quality sales opportunities and book qualified discovery meetings with decision-makers across the US market.
You will:
- Identify and target ideal customer profiles (ICPs) in the US professional services and IT services sector
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Engage with Founders, CXOs, Finance Leaders, Delivery Heads, and Operations Leaders
- Qualify prospects based on industry, company size, role, technology stack, and operational challenges
- Schedule qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and pipeline activities in CRM
- Execute structured outbound sequences while personalizing messaging for prospects
- Handle objections confidently and drive meaningful business conversations
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly meeting and pipeline targets
- Share market insights to improve messaging, targeting, and outreach strategy for the US market
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in an outbound BDR/SDR role (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Experience or strong interest in US market prospecting
- Proven ability to book qualified meetings through cold outreach
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Confidence in engaging senior decision-makers in US companies
- Comfortable working in a US shift with daily outreach and call targets
- High resilience and ability to handle rejection professionally
- Strong organizational and CRM management skills
- Performance-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability
- Ambition to grow into a full-cycle sales role (Account Executive)
