Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Representative, based in the Kanyakumari district. The responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, building client relationships, managing inside sales activities, and driving business development strategies. The role also involves conducting outreach and presenting tailored solutions to prospective clients to meet company growth goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Proficient in Business Development and Sales strategies
- Excellent Communication skills with the ability to build client relationships
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to achieve targets
- Prior experience in business development or sales is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools is a plus
