- Prospecting & Outreach
- Research and map accounts across EU markets, focusing on TTH, Airlines, BFSI, Pharma & Healthcare, Retail, and Manufacturing sectors.
- Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, events) to generate and qualify leads.
- Support leadership in preparing tailored outreach strategies aligned to Zapcom’s plays, solutions, and IP.
- Pre-Sales & Opportunity Support
- Facilitate leadership’s prospecting, discovery calls, demos, and meetings.
- Assist in preparation of proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and supporting documentation.
- Track, manage, and follow up on opportunities using CRM and SalesOps tools.
- Sales Enablement & Operations
- Create compelling presentations, case studies, and decks aligned to customer/vertical needs.
- Maintain data hygiene, reporting, and dashboards to enable leadership visibility.
- Work with global SalesOps to ensure smooth workflows for EU leadership contributions.
- Market & Account Intelligence
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and account developments in EU regions.
- Provide insights and intelligence to support strategic GTM planning and positioning.
- Contribute to thought-leadership initiatives (content briefs, event prep, etc.).
- 2–4 years in IT Services, Custom Solutioning, or SaaS sales roles.
- Exposure to at least two of the following verticals: Travel & Hospitality, Airlines, BFSI, Pharma & Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing (must-have).
- Track record of B2B account handling or new business hunting.
- Working understanding of at least some of the following (good to have):
- Data Engineering & AIImpact Guru Technology Ventures Pvt Ltd

- Product & Platform Engineering
- App Modernization, Cloud & DevOps
- System Integration, Data Analytics & BI
- Vibe Coding and ecosystem trends
- Graduation in Technology or IT will be preferred (other fields are not looked at unfavourably)
- Strong grasp of sales outreach functions and tools (CRM, automation, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
- Excellent presentation creation skills (PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar).
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with CXOs, VPs, and senior decision-makers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
- High ownership mindset with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Curiosity and adaptability to understand diverse industries and technology plays.
- Process-oriented with attention to detail in documentation and follow-ups.
- Fluency in any other European language beyond English is a plus.
