Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Representative based in Noida. The individual in this role will be responsible for lead generation, managing inside sales efforts, building relationships with potential clients, and driving business development activities. The role involves identifying new opportunities, communicating effectively with prospects, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to engage with clients effectively
- Proficiency in Sales and Business Development strategies
- Highly motivated with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales platforms is an advantage
Requirements
2–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience (health, SaaS, or services preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Experience working with CRMs and structured sales pipelines.
Comfortable with cold calling, demos, and in-person meetings.
High ownership, discipline, and result-oriented mindset.
Willingness to work from office (Noida).
What We Offer
Fixed monthly salary of ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 (based on experience).
