3 Days Work From Office: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
JOB DESCRIPTION:
● Generate 4 to 5 Qualified Hiring Tech role leads.
● Help the Sales team in Closure by doing relevant client communication
● Understand Ideal Customers of the companies and Draft Responses to the Prospect on their Challenges
● Identify & Approach Key Decision makers with the Prospects
● Identify & Approach Key Influencers with the Prospects
● Send 30 highly Personalized emails to Decision Makers & Influencers
● Make 80 to 100 Warm/Cold Call to Qualify the Prospects
● Create an Email Template Library
● Send Linkedin Requests & In mails to Prospects and Increase the chance of Success
● Utilize Companies CRM tool to run all the activities
● Report to Director of Demand generation
● Fill Daily, weekly & Monthly Report
● Be a part of the Meetings.
Requirements
● 1 or 1.5+ Years of Experience in Product Company Sales team & Tech Outsourcing Industry
● A degree in Computer Science
● Must have cold calling experience
● Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre call planning, call control, account development, and time management.
● Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers.
● Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills.
● Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
● Excellent listening skills.
● Strong written communication skills.
● Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
● Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.
● Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
● High level of integrity and work ethic.
● Experience with customer relationship management software.
