We are hiring an entry-level Sales Representative to take ownership of the end-to-end sales process. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to global B2B sales and is willing to learn, execute, and improve continuously.
You will be responsible for managing the entire sales journey, from identifying prospects to closing deals, using structured systems and training provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities
• Build targeted prospect lists based on defined criteria and ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
• Initiate outreach to potential clients via LinkedIn
• Manage conversations with prospects and move them through the sales funnel
• Book and conduct discovery or sales calls with international clients
• Close deals and convert leads into paying customers
• Follow up consistently with prospects to maintain engagement and maximize conversions
• Prepare sales-related documents such as proposals, invoices, and outreach scripts
• Maintain records of outreach, conversations, and deal progress
• Participate in ongoing training, feedback, and performance improvement processes
• Screen record work sessions for QA, training, and optimization purposes
Work Schedule
• Full-time role (40 hours per week)
• Days: Monday to Friday
• Full Remote
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
• Strong spoken and written English (practical, clear, neutral accent)
• Comfortable doing meetings with international clients
• Comfortable with modern digital tools and social media
• Willing to use and optimize their LinkedIn profile as per the company-defined strategy
• Open to structured workflows and monitoring
• Computer/laptop with minimum 8 GB RAM & 30 Mbps stable internet
• Power backup required in the long term
• A professional and distraction-free working environment for daily work.
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in customer support, sales, or client communication roles
Compensation
• Fixed base salary: ₹15,000/month
• Commission (performance-based):
• 2% commission during initial support phase (partial sales involvement with guided/assisted selling)
• 4% commission after transition to independent sales, until first 10 deals
• 5-6% commission after 10 deals (based on performance level)
⭐ At 6% commission, a single closed deal earns you ₹2,500 to ₹12,000.
