Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify new business opportunities, connect with potential clients, and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, understands sales dynamics, and is eager to build a career in business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
- Research target markets and identify business opportunities
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate data
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales processes and lead generation
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Good research and analytical skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM tools is a plus
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship or experience in sales/business development
- Experience with cold emailing or calling
