The Opportunity
We’re on the hunt for a high-energy, driven, and tech-savvy Business Development Representative (BDR) to fuel our next stage of growth. You’ll be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and creating new business opportunities with senior technology and business leaders across the globe.

What You’ll Do
Identify, engage, and qualify potential prospects through a mix of cold outreach, LinkedIn networking, email campaigns, and inbound lead follow-ups.
Build and nurture a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring seamless handoff to Account Executives.
Craft personalized, value-driven messaging for Director, VP, and C-suite level conversations.
Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points and align TestGrid’s solutions.
Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging, improve campaigns, and optimize conversion rates.
Track and report performance metrics (MQL → SQL → Opportunity) using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor intelligence, and TestGrid product updates.
What You Bring
1–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS / technology sales (experience in automation testing or DevOps space is a plus).
