Job Title: Business Development Representative -Europe & US (Performance Testing Services & SaaS)
About the Role:
We are building a next-generation Performance Testing business (Service to SaaS platform) under the LoadsGrid and TestCrew umbrella. As a BDR, you will play a critical role in creating pipeline from scratch in the European market & gradually for North America, engaging with CTOs, Heads of Engineering & QA leaders. This is a 0 to 1 opportunity & ideal for someone who thrives in an evolving environment, enjoys learning fast & wants to be part of building a category.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Prospecting & Pipeline Creation:
o Identify & target ICP accounts across Europe (e-commerce, SaaS, media, telco, travel, backend platforms etc.)
o Execute multi-channel outreach (cold email, LinkedIn, calling). The preferred outreach channel expected is calling – Cold/ Warm approach
o Build & manage a qualified pipeline, not just activity volume
• Discovery-Led Engagement:
o Go beyond surface-level pitching but ask relevant discovery questions
o Identify pain points & qualify opportunities before handing over
• Sales Handoff & Collaboration:
o Schedule & position high-quality meetings for senior sales
o Share structured insights from the market to refine GTM
• Market Intelligence:
o Track competitor positioning/ messaging
o Capture insights from prospects (objections, needs, gaps etc.)
o Contribute to shaping the service-to-SaaS transition strategy
• Metrics & Execution Discipline:
o Own KPIs: Meetings booked, Qualified opportunities & Pipeline value
o Maintain hygiene in CRM & Outreach tools
Required Experience & Skills:
• Experience:
o 2–4 years in BDR/ SDR/ Inside sales in B2B SaaS or Tech services
o Experience selling to Europe/ US markets preferred
o Exposure to CTO/ Head - QA / App. Dev. personas is a plus
• Core Skills:
o Strong written & verbal English (European client-facing level)
o Ability to hold intelligent first conversations (not just pitch)
o Research-driven prospecting mindset
o Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo/ Lead411 etc.
• Technical Orientation (not mandatory):
o Candidate should be able to learn & explain concepts simply, not necessarily be a technical expert
