We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Buisness Development Representative to join our growing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, connecting with potential clients, nurturing prospects, and supporting the business development team in closing deals. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, sales acumen, and experience in outbound lead generation through LinkedIn, email marketing, and cold calling.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound sales activities.
- Reach out to prospects via communication channels.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the sales/business development team.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Understand client requirements and present company services effectively.
- Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain long-term relationships.
- Coordinate with marketing and delivery teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and opportunities.
- Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers.

Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Hands-on experience with Multiple leads Nurturing tools.
- Ability to handle cold calling and client interactions professionally.
- Good understanding of B2B sales processes.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive mindset.
- Knowledge of IT services, digital marketing, SaaS, cloud, AI, or software services is a plus.
