Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and field-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) who thrives on meeting clients in person and building strong business relationships. This role is heavily focused on on-ground sales, client visits, and direct interaction with decision-makers.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, visiting potential clients, understanding their needs, and pitching tailored digital marketing and branding solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold meetings, and networking.
- Conduct in-person client meetings to understand business requirements, marketing goals, and pain points.
- Pitch Solvix’s services including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, branding, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, marketing heads, and real estate developers.
- Perform daily client visits and follow-ups to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Coordinate with the internal team to create customized proposals and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, and progress in CRM systems.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetups to generate leads.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on client needs and competition.
- Ensure smooth handover of clients to the execution team post-closure.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in field sales / B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing or IT services.
- Strong ability and willingness to travel locally for client meetings on a daily basis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Good understanding of digital marketing services and business solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with face-to-face selling.
- Experience in handling real estate or local business clients is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Odoo, Zoho, or HubSpot is a plus.
