ShortLoop builds Phone AI agents for automotive dealerships in the US. We help dealerships:
- Never miss inbound calls
- Automate outbound follow-ups (recall, service, sales)
- Convert more customers without adding headcount
We’re growing fast and already working with multiple dealership groups across the US.
Role Description
This is a pure outbound hunting role.
Your job is simple: "Create a pipeline by cold calling and persistent follow-ups with US dealerships."
This is a full-time, US-shift, on-site role located in Bengaluru. Your job will include:
- Daily phone-based prospecting
- Pitch, Qualify, and book demos for the team
- Persistent follow-ups
- Ninja-like handling of objections
- Handle CRM updates
- Work with Founders closely to refine and improve the messaging
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Must have cold-called and generated pipeline for US-focused B2B SaaS/Technology.
- Experience selling to US-based SMBs is a bonus
- You’re an energetic, outgoing person who enjoys engaging with customers and convincing others.
- Self-motivated and Strong drive to achieve targets, hit quota, and exceed expectations
- Familiar with Sales Tech Stack
