The role
Founding BDR. Build pipeline, book meetings for AEs, define what outbound even looks like here. No playbook, you write it.
You'll
- Run high-volume outbound to QA leads, eng managers, Salesforce admins
- Qualify leads, book demos, keep CRM clean
- Test messaging and target lists, iterate fast
You are
- 1-3 years BDR/SDR, ideally SaaS or dev tools
- Fine with volume and rejection
- Bonus: sold to technical buyers, know Salesforce
- Comfortable with zero structure, early-stage energy
- Bangalore-based or relocating
