Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Representative. The role is based in Srinagar, with flexibility for some remote work. The individual will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, qualifying prospects, and conducting outreach to prospective students and clients. The responsibilities include building relationships, conducting sales calls, and contributing to Scalup’s growth by achieving business development targets.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Proven skills in Communication and Relationship Building
- Sales and Business Development experience, demonstrating the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and related technologies is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Passion for education and professional development will be highly valued
- Relevant bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
