Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Representative located in Chennai. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for driving growth through lead generation, managing outbound and inbound sales activities, and building relationships with potential customers. This role involves close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities, nurture prospects, and achieve sales targets by delivering exceptional results.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and nurture potential business opportunities
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospects and build relationships
- Expertise in Sales and Business Development to drive revenue growth and meet organizational goals
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- An ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required
- Proficiency with CRM and sales tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales is advantageous
